Financial Aid

Financial Aid for post-secondary education is based on a student’s financial need.  This need is determined through information provided by the student’s family on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and is based on federal tax information.  The FAFSA form is completed once, on line, and the results are forwarded to the schools to which a student has applied.  Financial aid is awarded directly from the institution

Parent Financial Aid Night is Thursday, October 10, 2017 at 5:30 in the PTHS Library. A financial aid officer from Peninsula College will explain the application process and available aid.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) -Need-based scholarships and financial aid will require documentation of the family financial status.  This documentation is usually accomplished through the FAFSA which is filed on-line by the parents after October 1, 2017.  More information is available on the FAFSA website: HERE.
