Port Townsend High School is hosting the following sports listed below. 

FALL - 
Football, Cross Country, Girls Swimming, 
Cheerleading

WINTER - Girls Basketball, Wrestling, Cheerleading
SPRING - Track, Golf

Chimacum High School is hosting the following sports listed below.

FALL - Volleyball, Girls Soccer, Boys Tennis
WINTER  - Boys Basketball

SPRING - Baseball, Fastpitch, Boys Soccer, Girls Tennis


FYI - Use a non-school email when registering. Student school email accounts will not go through for signing the forms. 


FEES: 

For PTHS Students, fees are paid at the Attendance / ASB Office. All participants must purchase an ASB Card ($30), pay an Athletic User Fee of $130 for Football and $80 for all other sports.

Eligibility Requirements

SPORTS PHYSICALS:  All athletes are required to have a sports physical on file.  Physicals are good for 2 years (Freshman & Junior year is best time to complete) (See above.)

**Physicals can be obtained at the PTHS School-Based Health or Jefferson Co. Health Dept. Call or text 360-390-8560 for an appointment or Click Here!

MEDICAL INSURANCE:
  Parents need to provide medical insurance coverage for their child to participate in sports.  If you do not have personal coverage, there is insurance available for purchase for the school year.  (see PTHS website)
