Port Townsend High School has combined our high school sports with Chimacum High School. Each school will act as the host school for the following sports activities:


PORT TOWNSEND
FALL - 
Football, Cross Country, Girls Swimming, 
Cheerleading

WINTER - Girls Basketball, Wrestling, Cheerleading
SPRING - Track, Golf


CHIMACUM
FALL
- Volleyball, Girls Soccer, Boys Tennis
WINTER  - Boys Basketball

SPRING - Baseball, Fastpitch, Boys Soccer, Girls Tennis


To register for these sports, register through Final Forms at the host school.

FYI - You will have to use a non-school email when registering as the student school emails will not go through for signing the forms. 

 


FEES: 

Fees are paid at the ASB Office. All participants must purchase an ASB Card ($30), pay an Athletic User Fee of $75 and a sports fee of $65 for the 1st sport, $60 for the second sport and $55 for the third sport played per year.

Eligibility Requirements

SPORTS PHYSICALS:  All athletes are required to have a sports physical on file.  Physicals are good for 2 years (Freshman & Junior year is best time to complete) (See above.)

**Physicals can be done at the PTHS School-Based Health or Jefferson Co. Health Dept. Call for an appointment at 360-385-9400.

MEDICAL INSURANCE:  Parents need to provide medical insurance coverage for their child to participate in sports.  If you do not have personal coverage, there is insurance available for purchase for the school year.  (see PTHS website)
